Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Indonesia seeks a Regional Lead to coordinate and manage branches in the Lampung region, ensuring smooth operations and oversight of the academic process.

You will lead all activity initiatives within branches, including events and promotions to drive student engagement and enrollment, with responsibility for PnL and local market opportunities to optimize revenue and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations (experience in an English course/educational/start-up environment is advantageous)
• Good knowledge of people management and experience in handling a team
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
