Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Makassar is seeking a Regional Operations Lead to coordinate branches, drive performance, and oversee the academic process.

You will lead branch activity, events, and promotions to boost student engagement and enrollment, while managing P&L and revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, proven leadership in Sales/Marketing or Business Ops, strong people management, and fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Leadership experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Business Operations (experience in English course / edtech / startup environment is advantageous).
• Good knowledge of people management and experience in handling a team.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
