Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Indonesia is seeking a Branch Manager to coordinate and grow regional branches, ensuring smooth operations and overseeing the academic process.

You will lead events and marketing initiatives to boost student engagement, manage PnL insights, and optimize revenue while delivering an excellent end-to-end customer experience.

This role requires leadership across teams, strong people management, and a bachelor’s degree; prior experience in education startups is a plus.
