Job summary

SeaBank Indonesia is seeking a motivated intern to support branch data operations and incentive calculations. You will maintain dashboards providing real-time performance insights and handle end-to-end KPI calculations with accuracy.

You will act as the go-to for branch sales tools troubleshooting, deliver sessions on new guidelines, and propose process improvements to reduce bottlenecks in branches.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship or banking experience in Branch/Head Office preferred.
• Strong data management and analytics skills required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relation building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.

• Calculate branch incentives and monthly KPIs end-to-end with zero-error margins.
• Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting branch sales tools.

Job description

• Maintain automated dashboards that provide branch managers with real-time visibility into their team's performance metrics
• Execute the end-to-end calculation of branch incentives and monthly KPIs, ensuring zero-error margins before final distribution
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues related to branch office sales tools
• Deliver socialization sessions to introduce new operational guidelines or incentive structures.
• Identify and recommend ways to eliminate operational bottlenecks and optimize work methodologies in branches
