Job summary

SeaBank Indonesia is seeking a motivated intern to support branch data operations and incentive calculations. You will maintain dashboards providing real-time performance insights and handle end-to-end KPI calculations with accuracy.

You will act as the go-to for branch sales tools troubleshooting, deliver sessions on new guidelines, and propose process improvements to reduce bottlenecks in branches.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship or banking experience in Branch/Head Office preferred.
• Strong data management and analytics skills required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relation building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated dashboards for real-time visibility of branch performance.
• Calculate branch incentives and monthly KPIs end-to-end with zero-error margins.
• Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting branch sales tools.
• Deliver socialization sessions for new guidelines or incentive structures.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows across branches.
