You will be responsible for optimizing revenue, enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance across the branch network in Indonesia. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking and strong people management.

Job Description

Branch Management is responsible for all functions, staff, and daily operations of branches. Includes maximizing revenues, product initiatives, sales, customer satisfaction, and minimizing operational losses, in addition to deepening existing relationships and minimizing customer attrition. Manages the staff and business within the branch network at various levels.
