3111 UOB Indonesia is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Semarang branch, overseeing staff, daily operations, and branch performance. You will drive revenue initiatives, enhance customer service, and safeguard operations while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires experience in banking operations, people leadership, and the ability to strategize and execute branch plans in a dynamic market.

Job Description

Branch Management is responsible for all functions, staff, and daily operations of branches. Includes maximizing revenues, product initiatives, sales, customer satisfaction, and minimizing operational losses, in addition to deepening existing relationships and minimizing customer attrition. Manages the staff and business within the branch network at various levels.
