Job summary

ABeam Consulting Indonesia is seeking a results-driven consultant to drive operations and IT transformation projects in Jakarta. You will visualize processes, identify pain points, and collaborate with clients and vendors to accelerate decision making and issue resolution.

The role requires strong project management, data analysis, and exceptional communication skills to support delivery across business and IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Consulting firms or Finance industry, focusing on operations and IT transformation.
• Strong track record in managing projects across business requirements, IT and operations implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Visualize business operations, identify pain points, and define optimal operations based on data.
• Propose issue resolution, solution, and monitoring approaches logically and objectively.
• Initiate and facilitate meetings between client and vendors to accelerate decisions and issue resolution.
• Be proactive and ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with partners and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Foster good team communication and atmosphere among project teams.
• Standardize deliverables based on project management methodology used by ABeam.
• Keep learning and developing new skills and encourage team development.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in Consulting Company or Finance industry, specializing in Operation and IT transformation.
• Experienced in overall project management (Business requirement, IT and operation implementation) with proven track record and keeping up to date with industry standard practices.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze data and derive hypothesis logically.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill. Not hesitate to discuss with Clients at equivalent level and good at constructing good relationship.
• Integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as a professional consultant.
• Participate in pre-sales activities as needed to contribute to new business acquisition.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
