Job summary

ABeam Consulting Indonesia is seeking an experienced IT Systems Support professional to provide technical assistance during development, testing, and deployment. You will work with developers to troubleshoot, optimize applications, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

The role involves setting up development and production environments using low-code or cloud-based platforms, monitoring performance, and coordinating with QA for smooth feature integration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in system support, application support, or development operations.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with programming/script languages (e.g., Java, Python, Bash, PowerShell) and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to experimentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in technology consulting and/or IT system integration is preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
