Abbott is seeking a Professional Medical Representative to drive sales growth in the biosimilars portfolio within Surabaya, Indonesia. You will target hospitals and specialist physicians, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will conduct effective sales calls, maintain records, and collaborate with Market Access, Sales, and procurement teams to support tender activities. The role requires a strong track record in sales and excellent communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medical or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experienced working with hospitals and specialists.
• Experience in biosimilars, oncology, orthopedics, rheumatology, immunology, hematology, or specialty care is preferred.
• Strong track record in sales achievement and account management.
• Good communication, relationship-building and computer literacy skills.

Mansioni

• Achieve sales targets and maximize hospital coverage.
• Conduct effective sales calls and maintain customer records.
• Build and maintain relationships with specialist physicians, hospital pharmacists, procurement/formulary committees, and KOLs.
• Develop key hospital accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Support formulary listing and tender activities with Market Access and Sales teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence.
• Ensure company strategies and compliance standards are consistently implemented.
