Job summary

Abbott Indonesia is seeking a Key Account Manager (Hospital) based in Jakarta to manage hospital accounts nationwide, secure product listings, and build relationships with healthcare providers. You will drive growth by developing access and securing formulary inclusions across hospital networks.

Collaborate with Marketing, Training, and Field Force teams to deliver tailored support and monitor account performance. Strong English, 3+ years in hospital sales, and a Bachelor degree are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing hospital accounts (private & chain) nationwide for at least 3 years.
• Strong relationships with KOLs.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and nutritional products.
• Sales capability.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English.
• Hold a bachelor degree.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare providers and decision-makers.
• Drive account growth by creating access and securing product listings and formulary inclusions across hospitals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing/Brand, Training, and Field Force teams.
• Analyze account performance metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable growth strategies.
• Stay updated on hospital trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
