Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations or related field required.
• Previous leadership experience in healthcare, plasma, pharmaceuticals, or regulated environments.
• Proven track record of leading managers and improving performance while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead center-opening readiness with cross-functional partners to startup, inspections and audits.
• Implement and adapt Indonesia operations to global standards, governance and performance reviews.
• Represent BioLife Operations in country discussions and coordinate regulatory, healthcare and government relations.
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams on donor recruitment, community engagement and growth.
• Oversee daily operations during startup and growth, acting as escalation point for center leaders.
• Set country KPIs and ensure accountability for donor experience, productivity and compliance.
• Manage budgets, labor planning and resource allocation for the network.
