Job summary

BioLife Plasma is seeking an Operations Manager for Jakarta, Indonesia, responsible for leading country operations, opening new centers, and maintaining regulatory and quality standards. This role requires cross-functional leadership across Medical, Quality, HR, Supply Chain and more.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in healthcare or plasma operations, with experience managing managers, driving performance, and expanding a multi-site network in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations management, nursing or a related field.
• Substantial leadership experience in healthcare, plasma or blood collection, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, manufacturing or another regulated environment.
• Experience leading managers and teams and improving performance while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead center-opening readiness with cross-functional partners to startups and audits.
• Set country KPIs and oversee center managers on performance and readiness.
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance across operations.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop operational leaders and physicians.
• Manage budgets, labor planning, and expansion readiness.
