Kandidat diharapkan memiliki gelar Sarjana di bidang relevan serta kemampuan memantau rencana penagihan, dokumentasi, dan kepatuhan prosedur penagihan.

Posisi ini bersifat kontrak dengan lokasi kerja on-site di Jakarta. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi follow-up backlog penagihan, pembuatan RFB, dan koordinasi dengan pihak internal untuk laporan

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau bidang terkait.
• Mahami rencana penagihan, fakturasi tepat waktu, dan dokumentasi proyek yang relevan.

Responsibilities

• Menindaklanjuti dan meninjau backlog penagihan proyek, memantau rencana penagihan, membuat RFB, memastikan fakturasi tepat waktu, serta menjaga dokumentasi penagihan.
• Bekerja sama dengan pemangku kepentingan internal untuk mendukung pelaporan keuangan proyek.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

ollow up and review project billing backlogs, monitor billing plans, create Requests for Billing (RFB), ensure timely and accurate invoicing, maintain complete billing documentation, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support smooth project billing and financial reporting processes.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Able to monitor and review billing plans, ensure timely invoicing, and demonstrate strong understanding of project documentation, billing documents, procedures, and compliance.
