Job summary

Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT) mencari tenaga akuntansi untuk mendukung proses penagihan proyek dan pelaporan keuangan. Posisi ini bersifat on-site di Jakarta Pusat dengan fokus pada peninjauan backlog penagihan, dokumentasi, dan kepatuhan prosedur.

Kualifikasi minimum adalah gelar Sarjana di Akuntansi/Keuangan atau bidang terkait, dengan pemahaman mendalam tentang penagihan proyek dan dokumentasi terkait. Penempatan penuh waktu dengan kontrak kerja.

Qualifications

• Memperhatikan dan meninjau rencana penagihan, memastikan penagihan tepat waktu.
• Memahami dokumentasi proyek, prosedur, dan kepatuhan.
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan internal terkait penagihan.

Responsibilities

• Menindaklanjuti backlog penagihan proyek dan memantau rencana penagihan.
• Membuat Request for Billing (RFB) dan memastikan dokumentasi yang lengkap.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim keuangan untuk pelaporan keuangan proyek.
