Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Commercial Solution Engineer to join our team covering Commercial accounts in GCR. You will blend technical expertise and business acumen to support the sales process from start to finish.

You will qualify opportunities with the Sales team, lead presales activities, deliver value-driven demos, and design solutions that fit client needs across on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable track record in client-facing roles, e.g. Presales/Sales Eng or Solution Architect positions.
• Strong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with process discovery, automation, and AI technologies like LLMs and agents.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities with the Sales team and prioritize accordingly.
• Lead end-to-end presales activities and create strong value propositions.
• Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value.
• Design solutions to fit client needs during the sales process.
• Develop solution architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and cloud deployments.
