All Star Partner in Jakarta seeks a Mandarin translator/assistant to facilitate communication across meetings, documents, emails, and daily business tasks.

The role involves translating between Mandarin-speaking and local teams, translating reports and presentations, and supporting the Manager in client communications and coordination tasks. Fluency in Mandarin is essential, with strong translation and interpretation skills and good English and/or Indonesian communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Strong Mandarin translation and interpretation skills are required.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in translation, interpretation, administration, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy when translating documents and conversations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mandarin–English/Indonesian translation for meetings, documents, emails, and daily business communication
• Assist in translating and interpreting verbal communication between Mandarin-speaking and local teams
• Translate business documents, reports, presentations, and other company materials accurately
• Assist the Manager in coordinating communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, or stakeholders
• Support the Manager with administrative and coordination tasks as needed
• Ensure clear and accurate communication between local and Mandarin-speaking teams
