Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking a proactive coordinator to support meetings and cross-language documentation. The role involves interpreting during meetings, translating documents in Indonesian, English, and Chinese, and coordinating daily operations according to internal policies.

You will also prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and assist in implementing plans and goals, contributing to our growing HR consultancy services in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business Chinese proficiency with at least HSK 5 and conversational English.
• Strong time management, coordination, communication, teamwork and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret during meetings.
• Translate written documents (Indonesian, English, Chinese).
• Create reports to facilitate communication.
• Create MoM (Minutes of Meeting).
