Job summary

Byter Agriculture Indonesia in Tangerang Selatan is seeking an Assistant to the Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to support daily administrative and operational tasks.

You will manage schedules, meetings, documents, and correspondence, and coordinate communication between the Manager, the Chinese team, and local employees.

The role includes translating between Mandarin, Indonesian, and English for meetings and documents, with travel for business as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant, Secretary, Translator, or similar position.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written. HSK 4+ preferred.
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Organized, responsible, proactive, and able to multitask.
• Possess SIM A and able to drive.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.
• Able to work flexible overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Manage schedules, meetings, documents, and correspondence.
• Coordinate communication between the Manager, Chinese team, and local employees.
• Provide Mandarin–Indonesian–English translation for meetings, documents, and daily communication.
• Follow up on tasks and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Assist the Manager with business trips and other business-related activities.
