Job summary

Morula IVF (PT Morula Indonesia) is looking for a results-driven sales and marketing leader to grow the business across Indonesia. You will manage key accounts, strengthen brand engagement with patients and clinicians, and drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with operations and medical teams.

The role emphasizes developing vision, budgeting, and KPI-driven performance, with a focus on expanding services, products, and channels while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Master Degree is preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience managing marketing and sales (key accounts) as Marketing Supervisor and Sales (Key Account) Supervisor.
• Experience in managing brands, dealing with consumers/patients, especially in medical communities is a plus.
• Experience with PR agencies, digital marketing agencies and working with customer communities; strong sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of Morula potential and existing customers and consumers (patients) and respond with a plan to meet those needs and convert them to sales.
• Develop long-term vision and annual commercial and budgeting plans for sales activities, execute flawlessly, and evaluate via feedback system.
• Achieve Morula KPIs, especially on sales and commercial terms, including targets, budgets and costs.
• Find new sources of sales growth: new services, new products, new channels, new territories and new patient segments.
• Oversee Consumer and Customer Satisfaction surveys and improvements, collaborate with Operations to improve service excellence and satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with doctors to expose doctors and improve Morula brand perception with Operations, HR, Finance, Corporate Plan, Clinician and Scientist teams.

Job description

Understand the needs of Morula potential and existing customers and consumers (patients) and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet those needs, convert them to Sales achievements.

Develop long term vision, annual commercial and budgeting plans for Sales activities, execute flawlessly, and evaluate through feedback system .

Responsible to achieve Morula KPIs, especially on sales and commercial terms, including targets, budgets and costs

Finding new source of sales growth, either new service, new products, new channel, new territory and new patient segment

Responsible for Consumer and Customer Satisfaction survey and improvement, collaborate closely with Operation team to improve service excellence and consumer satisfaction

Work closely with doctors, to expose doctors and improve Morula brand perception in collaboration with other departments such as Operations, HR, Finance, Corporate Plan, Clinician and Scientist (laboratory - embryologists)

Requirement:
