Job summary

Morula IVF, the leading IVF center in Indonesia, invites a Marketing Supervisor to understand the needs of doctors, patients and consumers, and convert insights into effective plans that drive sales growth across our network, including Morula IVF Padang.

You will develop long-term vision, annual commercial plans and budgets for sales activities, and collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance and Clinical teams to enhance service excellence and brand perception.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business required; Master preferred.
• 3–4 years in marketing and sales, managing key accounts.
• Experience with brands, consumers/patients, and medical communities is a plus.
• Experience with PR, digital marketing, and agencies; content management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and develop plans to meet them, converting insights into sales.
• Develop long-term vision and annual commercial plans; execute and evaluate with feedback.
• Achieve KPIs on sales and commercial terms including targets, budgets and costs.
• Identify new sources of growth across services, products, channels, territories, and patient segments.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve service excellence and consumer satisfaction.
• Work with doctors to enhance Morula brand perception across departments.
