Job summary

Morula IVF is seeking a Marketing and Sales Supervisor to understand doctor and patient needs, translate insights into actionable plans, and drive sales growth across channels in Indonesia.

The candidate will develop annual commercial and budgeting plans, manage key accounts, collaborate with clinical and operations teams, and lead brand initiatives to enhance Morula’s market position in IVF services.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business; Master preferred.
• 3–4 years in marketing and sales management (key accounts).
• Experience in brand management and consumer/patient markets.
• Experience with research, marketing, PR, and digital agencies.

Responsibilities

• Understand needs of Morula potential and existing customers and consumers (patients) and respond with a plan to meet those needs, convert them to sales achievements.
• Develop long term vision, annual commercial and budgeting plans for Sales activities, execute flawlessly, and evaluate through feedback system.
• Responsible to achieve Morula KPIs, especially on sales and commercial terms, including targets, budgets and costs.
• Finding new sources of sales growth, either new service, new products, new channel, new territory and new patient segment.
• Responsible for Consumer and Customer Satisfaction survey and improvement, collaborate closely with Operation team to improve service excellence and consumer satisfaction.
• Work closely with doctors, to expose doctors and improve Morula brand perception in collaboration with other departments such as Operations, HR, Finance, Corporate Plan, Clinician and Scientist (laboratory – embryologists)

Job description

Responsible to achieve Morula KPIs, especially on sales and commercial terms, including targets, budgets and costs

Finding new source of sales growth, either new service, new products, new channel, new territory and new patient segment

Responsible for Consumer and Customer Satisfaction survey and improvement, collaborate closely with Operation team to improve service excellence and consumer satisfaction

Work closely with doctors, to expose doctors and improve Morula brand perception in collaboration with other departments such as Operations, HR, Finance, Corporate Plan, Clinician and Scientist (laboratory – embryologists)

Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Master Degree is preferred

3 – 4 years of experience managing marketing and sales (key accounts) as Marketing Supervisor and Sales (Key Account) Supervisor

Specific Knowledge and Skills Require

Experience in managing brands, dealing with consumers / patients, especially in medical communities is a plus

Experience working with research agency and other marketing agencies (marketing, creative, media) and working with customer communities

Experience in working with PR agency and digital marketing agencies, ability at content management is a plus Experience in handling customers and key account management and have strong sales leadership
