Job summary

PT GEOENVIRON ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is seeking an Assistant Business Manager to support the Business Manager with business development, customer maintenance, project coordination, and general office administration.

You will perform Chinese-Indonesian translation, both written and oral, and help coordinate meetings, documents, and communications. Fluency in Chinese is required; prior experience as a business assistant and exposure to manufacturing or engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese with written and oral translation between Chinese and Indonesian.
• Experience as a business assistant is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Manager in customer development, relationship maintenance, and project coordination.
• Provide professional Indonesian-Chinese bidirectional interpretation support in meetings, negotiations, customer visits, and internal communications.
• Translate, organize, and review business documents (contracts, reports, emails, marketing materials) and assist in drafting.
• Arrange meetings, business trips, and activities; prepare materials and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Business Manager and support administrative-related work.
