Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Translator & Administrative Assistant (Chinese-Indonesian) to support architectural and engineering projects in Batam, Indonesia. You will translate technical documents and assist with contracts, emails, and internal materials, ensuring accuracy and timing.

You will work closely with the General Manager, providing professional spoken and written translation between Chinese and Indonesian, and will handle meetings, reports, and presentations with rigor and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in language or related field.
• Minimum 4 years translating/documentation experience.
• Proficient in English and Chinese with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical documents between Indonesian, English, and Chinese.
• Support multilingual meetings by providing interpretation and on-site translation.
• Assist management with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
• Support project teams during meetings and coordinate with foreign stakeholders.
