Job summary

PT. Jotun Indonesia is seeking a proactive HSEQ specialist based in Bekasi to support safe operations and ensure compliance with Jotun standards. The role reports to the HSEQ Manager and emphasizes policy implementation and documentation upkeep.

Key responsibilities include maintaining HSEQ systems, coordinating projects, delivering training, and ensuring ISO/OHSAS compliance while working closely with site teams. The position offers growth across a global co.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HSEQ or related Engineering field.
• 3+ years experience in sales in building materials or related field.
• Proficient communication and writing in English & Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Company’s HSEQ Policies and procedures to comply with legal requirements and Jotun HSEQ Management System.
• Follow up and maintain necessary documentation.
• Assist the implementation of the HSEQ management system by working closely with the Element Owners.
• Contribute and coordinate HSEQ projects within specialist areas to achieve results.
• Maintain and improve HSEQ, ISO, and OH&S system documents, ensuring audits and actions are carried out to maintain accreditation.
• Deliver HSEQ training to develop employee awareness.
