Job summary

Praktis is an end-to-end supply chain startup looking to empower Indonesian MSMEs to scale operations. We seek Praktisi who can build a robust sales pipeline, nurture client relationships, and contribute to product development with market insights and CRM know-how.

You will craft decks for brand needs, coordinate from branding to manufacturing, and ensure production packaging materials are ready. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 1–3 years in Business Development, Sales, Product Development, or Merchandise.
• Experience in market research and analysis.
• Strong CRM knowledge and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to plan strategically and manage projects.
• Sales, negotiation, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create a sales pipeline according to the set target.
• Maintain good relations with clients, partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Oversee development process from brand to manufacturing communication.
• Create a deck to address brand needs with options and alternatives.
• Create new product development forms and product review forms.
• Ensure production needs (box packaging, stickers) are prepared.
• Provide visibility of the service process to the brand (Sample and Production timeline).
• Conduct trend analysis based on customer requests.
• Create and report weekly and monthly sales projections with recommendations.

What You Will Do:

• Create a sales pipeline according to the set target.
• Maintain good relations with existing clients, partners, vendors, and suppliers
• Maintain communication of the development process from brand to manufacturing
• Create a special deck to answer brand needs and provide suggestions and alternatives to the brand if needed
• Create new product development forms and product review forms
• Ensure all needs (box packaging, stickers) for production are complete
• Monitor and provide visibility of the service process to the brand through a clear timeline (Sample and Production)
• Trend Analysis based on customer request
• Create and report on weekly and monthly sales projections, as well as analyze success and provide recommendations for improvement

What You Will Need:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from related majors or fields
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Product Development, & Merchandise
• Have an understanding related to market research & analysis, product knowledge, Customer relation management (CRM)
• Have the ability to compile strategic planning & project management
• Have sales & negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills
