Job summary

PT. Multi Wangi Alami – Distributor resmi kosmetik & fragrance premium in Bandung, Indonesia – is seeking a Beauty Advisor with retail experience to provide consultations and product recommendations to customers.

You will build loyalty through strong relationships, upsell and cross-sell products, and promote promotions while ensuring stock is displayed correctly and up to date. The role requires understanding of beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products, and the ability to work toward sales targets

Qualifications

• Preferred to have experience in retail, beauty, skincare, and cosmetic fields.
• Minimum 3 years as a Beauty Advisor is an added value.
• Understand the basics of beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products.
• Have selling and upselling capabilities.
• Able to work with sales targets.
• Have good work resilience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and product recommendations according to customer needs.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to create loyalty.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling of products.
• Actively offer promotions, bundling, or company programs to customers.
• Ensure product stock in display areas is always available and arranged according to standards.
• Assist with stock opname and checking product expiration dates.
• Follow store operational procedures and company standards.
