Job summary

IDS Medical Systems Group is seeking a Beauty Consultant to provide personalized skincare consultations, recommend products based on customer needs, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will maintain counter standards, stay informed about skincare ingredients, support clienteling and CRM activities, and assist with stock and inventory as required, including weekends or shift work.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK, D3, or S1; Cosmetology/Esthetics/Beauty Therapy certification is an advantage.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or retail sales is preferred.
• Good understanding of skincare products and customer consultation.
• Strong communication, selling, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
• Well-groomed, professional, and confident when interacting with customers.
• Willing to work in a retail environment, including weekends or shifts as required.
