Job summary

Monee in Jakarta is seeking an Operations Specialist to coordinate merchant-related pilot projects and BAU activities, aligning requirements, timelines, and readiness across stakeholders.

You will prepare launch decks, work with BPM, MKT, FinOps and other teams to refine features and processes, and ensure training sessions are delivered before rollout to CS, 2B MKT, and BD teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to coordinate cross functionally, conduct presentations, and manage stakeholder discussions.

Responsibilities

• Provide merchant lists for relevant issues/teams
• Manage BAU operations as part of project pilot
• Coordinate discussions, requirements, dependencies, timelines, and operational readiness across stakeholders
• Create launch decks and supporting materials for internal alignment and rollout preparation
• Work closely with BPM, MKT, FinOps and related stakeholders (e.g., BI, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Finance, BD) to enhance/improve features and operational flows until release, including related administrative processes
• Ensure training sessions are conducted for CS, 2B MKT, and BD teams prior to rollout
• Escalate and follow up on issues when necessary
• Handle escalation requests for campaign/non campaign related comms (e.g., feature, program, payout schedules, surcharge updates, maintenance announcements, etc.).
• Escalate comms for BAU information and SoF related matters (e.g., SPL, STL, CB, CC/DC, UMI, add pay).
• Update and track comms schedule
• Request channel performance reports and consolidate the results
• Distribute information internally as well as to merchants/partners (via email, Partner app)
• Create / update / request article in help center, CS and/or BD BP, eKB
• Coordinate training session before product release
• Work closely with BPM team to troubleshoot and resolve bugs or technical issues (e.g., RN link issues)
