Dynacast Batam is seeking an Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and deliver cost improvements. The role reports to the General Manager and requires strong leadership and continuous improvement experience.

You will oversee production, process engineering, maintenance, and the toolroom, coordinating with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to meet business objectives and growth plans.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial) or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in die casting, plastic injection molding, metal stamping, machining or related operations.
• Experience with audits: RBA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage overall manufacturing operations at the Batam facility, including production, process engineering, quality, maintenance, and support functions.
• Develop and execute production strategies to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost targets.
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, productivity, yield, scrap, downtime, on-time delivery) and drive improvements.
• Optimize workforce utilization, machine capacity, material flow, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Program Management, Customer Service, and Toolroom to resolve challenges and drive results.
• Drive 5S and continuous improvement to reduce waste and costs.
• Develop and coach production supervisors, engineers and staff to build a high-performing team.
• Provide regular operational reports and recommendations to senior management.
