Job summary

The Island Sports Club in Bali is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Staff member to help maintain clean, comfortable spaces across our sports, fitness, and wellness facilities. Experience in hospitality or cleaning services is preferred, and you should take pride in organization, efficiency, and teamwork.

Based in Bali with a placement at the Uluwatu branch, you will work with a dynamic team to uphold high hygiene standards, assist during events, and provide a welcoming environment for members

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience.
• Strong cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Reliable, hardworking, and efficient.
• Able to work with other departments to keep spaces welcoming.
• Willing to be placed at the Uluwatu branch and based in Bali.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain club facilities including locker rooms, toilets, fitness areas, and public spaces.
• Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other housekeeping materials.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Support cleanliness during events, tournaments, and busy operational hours.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or a similar role.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to cleanliness and maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Work Ethic: Responsible, hardworking, and able to complete tasks efficiently.
• Teamwork: Able to work well with other departments to ensure the club environment remains clean and comfortable.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
