Job summary

Mövenpick Surabaya City is seeking a qualified bartender to deliver thoughtful, caring and sincere service in a busy hotel setting. You will mix drinks, control beverage stock, and maintain full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, while upholding safety and service standards.

You will follow outlet policies, procedures and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverage, and support other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Excellent knowledge of all beverage products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Fluent in English and local language.
