Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista, smoothie maker, matcha preparer, or in a similar F&B role is preferred.
• A genuine interest in coffee, matcha, smoothies, nutrition, and wellness.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and proactive.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portion sizes, and preparation techniques.
• Welcome customers, explain menu items, recommend products, and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Handle opening and closing duties, workstation setup, and daily cleaning procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor ingredient levels, rotate stock, minimize waste, and report low inventory.
• Work closely with the team to maintain smooth operations during busy periods.
• Represent KITCH's identity through professionalism, positive energy, and attention to detail.
