Job summary

Tiga Kawan Kopitiam is seeking a Bar Staff / Barista to support bar operations under the supervision of the Store Manager and Supervisor. The role emphasizes operational preparation, beverage creation, inventory control, and adherence to food safety standards to ensure consistent quality and service.

You will coordinate with waiters and cashiers, maintain cleanliness, record waste and stock movements, and help with end-of-shift handovers.

Qualifications

• Front-line bar/coffee service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and standardized recipes.
• Strong attention to hygiene and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time according to shift schedule and keep bar area clean and ready for operations.
• Check cleanliness of coffee machines and equipment before use.
• Prepare beverage ingredients and check initial stock as needed.
• Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
• Verify orders align with POS entries and perform final checks before serving.
