Job description

Prepare and serve coffee, non-coffee beverages, and other drinks according to recipes and quality standards.

Operate and maintain coffee machines and other beverage equipment properly.

Ensure the quality, taste, presentation, and consistency of every beverage.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and utensils.

Check and manage beverage ingredients and supplies to ensure availability and proper storage.

Handle customer orders accurately and provide friendly service.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

Assist with daily stock checking and inventory of beverage ingredients.

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.

Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry is preferred.

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making is an advantage.

Able to operate basic bar equipment and willing to learn.

Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.

Friendly, communicative, responsible, and customer-oriented.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work according to shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
