Jungle Bakery in Nusa Lembongan, Bali, is seeking a professional Barista Waiter who is passionate about coffee, beverages, and hospitality. You will provide attentive table service and interact with guests to create a memorable experience.

You will craft espresso and non-alcoholic drinks, showcase latte art, maintain bar cleanliness, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Barista Waiter or similar hospitality role.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee and espresso techniques.
• Good knowledge of fresh juices, mocktails, smoothies and other beverages.
• Good understanding of bar operations and beverage service.
• Professional when providing table service and guest interaction.

We are looking for a professional, motivated, and reliable Barista Waiter to join our restaurant team in Nusa Lembongan.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, beverages, and hospitality, and who is also comfortable providing table service and interacting with guests.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages.

Good Latte Art skills are mandatory.

Prepare and serve fresh juices, mocktails, smoothies, and other beverages.

Have a good understanding of bar operations and beverage preparation.

Provide attentive, professional, and friendly table service.

Maintain good communication between the bar, kitchen, and service team.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards at the bar and service areas.

Assist with opening and closing duties and daily bar operations.

Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista Waiter, Barista, Bartender, or in a similar hospitality position.

Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso techniques.

Good knowledge of fresh juices, mocktails, smoothies, and other non-alcoholic beverages.

Good understanding of bar operations and beverage service.

Comfortable and professional when providing table service.

Well-presented with a positive attitude.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Team player, punctual, responsible, and reliable.

Good command of English.
