Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and ensure guest needs are met; communicate with guests and departments to provide service.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining and motivating staff; ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
