Job summary

FINNS Beach Club in Bali is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead all bar operations, drive guest experience, and optimize costs. You will supervise bartenders, maintain cocktail quality, and implement SOPs across outlets to ensure exceptional service and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of Bar Manager experience in high-volume venues, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a passion for mixology and premium spirits in a dynamic beach-club setting.
