FINNS Beach Club in Bali is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead all bar operations, drive guest experience, and optimize costs. You will supervise bartenders, maintain cocktail quality, and implement SOPs across outlets to ensure exceptional service and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of Bar Manager experience in high-volume venues, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a passion for mixology and premium spirits in a dynamic beach-club setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ bar manager experience in a high-volume hospitality venue.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and premium spirits.
• Proven costing, stock control, and beverage cost management.
• Experience leading and motivating a multicultural team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to write training lessons for the team.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee all bar operations across multiple outlets.
• Lead, train, and develop bartenders and barbacks.
• Control beverage costs through stock management, portion control, and supplier coordination.
• Maintain and improve cocktail menu, balancing guest appeal, quality, and cost.
• Create and implement SOPs for ordering, receiving, storage, and inventory control.
• Monitor bar hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Work with F&B leadership to meet financial targets and guest satisfaction.
• Plan and execute bar activations, events, and promotions.
• Report on sales, margins, wastage, and staff performance.
