• Actively participate in structured rotations across different business units to build skill in sales

• Develop a strong understanding of UOB Indonesia's products, services, and operational processes
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve departmental and program objectives
• Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management on various business topics
