Job summary

PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Universal is seeking a Customer Service professional for our Tangerang Selatan location. You will inform customers about bank products, assist with opening savings and transfers, and perform KYC data verification.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in banking CS, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure in a service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in any major.
• Have experience as CS in banking for at least 2 years.
• Able to work in a team and individually.
• Have good communication skills and like the service sector.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to customers & non-customers regarding bank products and services.
• Provide services to customers related to opening savings, cash deposits, customer transfers, savings accounts, etc.
• Carry out customer due diligence (identification and verification of customer data) in the context of implementing KYC.
• Handle and deal with customer-related complaints.
• Carry out cross selling banking products.
