Blue Karma by Dijiwa Sanctuaries in Bali seeks a passionate Wellness Manager to lead and grow our wellness experiences on site. You will build partnerships, engage the local and expatriate wellness communities, oversee daily operations, and drive bookings while connecting Indonesian healing traditions with modern wellness travelers.

This is a full-time, in-house role requiring hands-on involvement across operations and business development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in luxury spa/wellness.
• Deep knowledge of spa treatments.
• Understanding of holistic health principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wellness operations and service delivery.
• Build relationships with Bali local and expatriate wellness communities.
• Develop partnerships and generate wellness bookings.
• Promote offerings to in-house and external guests; manage inquiries and leads.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Spa, and F&B to create packages.
• Coordinate wellness practitioners and ensure personalized service.
• Maintain on-site presence and develop new business opportunities.
