Working closely with experienced travel professionals, you will assist with itinerary preparation, destination research, documentation, and internal coordination while developing practical industry knowledge in a dynamic global business. Your main responsibility is:

• Support the preparation of travel documentation, including confirmations, vouchers, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is correctly entered into company systems.
• Assist with destination and supplier research to support tailor‑made itinerary development.
• Help coordinate bookings, payment follow‑up, and internal operational processes.
• Prepare personalised travel materials and support partner communications under supervision.
• Participate in training and continuously build destination and industry knowledge.

About You The Essentials:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
• Highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
