Job summary

Burger King Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Bali operations. The role focuses on maintaining service quality, product standards, and restaurant cleanliness while coordinating daily store activities.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a D3 or Bachelor's in related fields, strong English and Bahasa communications, and at least 2 years in a similar restaurant role. The position requires shift work and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Willing to work in shift
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to submit Covid Vaccination Certificate
• Placement in Bali
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specializing in Restaurant
• Education focused on Food & Beverages services or hospitality management

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness
• To ensure all food and equipment is prepared in time for the restaurant opening or ensure that all food products and equipment are stored in the correct manner prior to closing the restaurant in the evening
• To complete daily paperwork on recording sales, stock, staff hours, payroll information and cash control
• Monitor service quality in terms of ordering procedures, and order accuracy of front counter staff
• Assist Restaurant manager in effective absence management methods, takes appropriate disciplinary action Provide and encourage on-the-job training and coaching
