Burger King Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager to strengthen financial controls and reporting across the Indonesian operations. The role focuses on reconciliations, variance analysis, accruals, and timely reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting and at least 3 years of Big 4 audit experience, with strong Excel and SAP skills, accuracy, and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional work.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Big 4 Audit a must.
• Strong accounting knowledge and principles.

Responsibilities

• Balance sheet accounts reconciled and analyzed regularly.
• Perform fluctuation analysis on assigned accounts and document variances.
• Maintain and propose accruals when needed.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.

Job description

Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and analyzed on a regular basis

Perform fluctuation analysis on assigned accounts, research, resolve, and document variances

Maintain and propose accruals when needed

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports

Liaise with auditors at quarterly review and year-end audit and prepare the necessary supporting data

Evaluate current processes and internal controls; make and implement recommendations for improvement

Prepare statutory accounts, both consolidated and stand-alone

Requirements:

Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Having at least 3 years of experience in Big 4 Audit company

Strong accounting skills, understanding of accounting principles and concepts

Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP

Ability to work independently
