Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen about orders and allergies.
• Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order and verify accuracy.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during service and after each course.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and service stations throughout the day.
• Complete closing duties including restocking and securing the area.
• Follow safety, security and company policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
• Welcome guests with professionalism and respond to service needs with courtesy.
