Nuanu Real Estate seeks a senior leader to head the Sales team in Bali, driving revenue growth and guiding a high-performing group across residential and investment properties.

You will craft sales strategies, nurture relationships with key clients and investors, and oversee complex negotiations and high-value transactions, while aligning with marketing, operations, and finance to optimize lead generation and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in real estate sales with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading teams.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in residential property development, real estate brokerage, or property sales in Bali is advantageous.
• Extensive real estate network and experience working with high-net-worth clients is an advantage.
• Real estate license is a plus.
• Willing to be based at Nuanu Creative City, Bali.
