Konstruksi is seeking a talented QS Engineer in Bali to lead planning, scheduling, and cost control for major construction projects. This full-time role is based in Bali, with responsibilities spanning cost analysis, Bills of Quantities, tender documentation, and progress reporting to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with project managers and site engineers, applying rigorous budgeting and schedule risk management while upholding company standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in quantity surveying, planning, or project controls in construction.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong cost management knowledge including budgeting and cost control.
• Experience with bills of quantities and tender documentation.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills to present data to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a dynamic project environment.
• Professional certification such as RICS or APES is preferred.
• Experience with Southeast Asia or tropical climates is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and risks.
• Monitor progress and track actual performance against timelines and budgets.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide regular budget forecasts to stakeholders.
• Prepare bills of quantities and tender documentation for procurement.
• Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and contractors for scheduling compliance.
• Identify and manage schedule and cost variances with corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports, invoices, and financial statements for stakeholders.
• Support risk management by identifying cost and schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation per company standards.
• Collaborate with surveying team to ensure consistency across projects.
