PT China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Control for a Bali project. The role focuses on managing contract payments, variations, and cost control to keep the project on budget.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of QS or cost control experience, with knowledge of Indonesian regulations and contract practices. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

• Familiar with Indonesian construction regulations and contract practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contract payments, including progress claims to clients and subcontractor payment verification.
• Handle variation orders and claims, including cost estimation and negotiation.
• Monitor project costs vs budget, identify deviations, and prepare cost reports.
• Interpret and manage contract terms, ensuring compliance and controlling commercial risks.
• Measure and verify completed work quantities in accordance with project standards.
• Lead final account settlement with clients and subcontractors, ensuring proper contract closure.

Requirements

Must Have:

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

High integrity and attention to detail
