Job summary

Aluminium is seeking an experienced Project Control / Planning Engineer to join our Bali team. This full-time role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimising project schedules and monitoring progress against baselines to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The successful candidate will use Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, perform earned value analyses, prepare management reports, and collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to optimise resources and drive project

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management.
• 3–5 years' experience in project control, planning or scheduling in construction.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent planning tools.
• Knowledge of PMBOK/APM standards; cost control and earned value management experience.
• Excellent data analysis, communication and teamwork skills; proficient in Excel and data viz tools.
• Preferably with Southeast Asia construction project exposure and safety regulation awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor progress against baselines; identify variances and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed project reports and analytics for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct critical path analysis and assess scheduling risks and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors for schedule alignment and resource optimization.
• Manage project cost controls and budget tracking through the lifecycle.
• Perform earned value analysis and provide forecasting for decision making.
• Develop progress metrics, dashboards and performance reports for senior management.
• Support tendering with scheduling input and feasibility assessments.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, updates and lessons learned.
